Personal Injury Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (Litigation Rights) | Chester | Full-Time or 4-Day Working Week Available | £35,000 - £45,000 Pro Rata DOE

The Role

The role will involve managing a varied claimant Personal Injury litigation caseload, including Fast Track and Intermediate Track RTA claims, EL/PL/OL Part 7 litigation, and a range of general claimant PI matters.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive litigation team where you can make a real impact, using your expertise to progress cases effectively, deliver excellent client service, and contribute to a collaborative working environment.

This position would suit an experienced claimant PI litigator who is confident managing a busy caseload independently and is looking for long-term progression within a supportive firm.
