Job Opportunity: Associate Solicitor - Casualty Defence (5+ YRS PQE)

Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Solicitor to join a highly respected Casualty Defence team. You will be handling complex and high-value EL/PL claims, as well as motor and disease matters, while also contributing to business development and mentoring colleagues.
Role Requirements
Experience: 5+ YRS PQE in defendant personal injury / EL/PL work
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of litigated and complex claims, including high-value matters
- Partner with clients on strategy, training and development initiatives
- Provide supervision and support to junior members of the team
Skills
- Detailed knowledge of Scottish court procedures
- Ability to build relationships with insurer and local authority clients
- Leadership and mentoring ability, with a collaborative working style
