Personal Injury Solicitor (Travel Claims)

Location: London | Salary: £60‑70K DOE | Experience: NQ – 2 years PQE

Overview

Join a specialist defendant litigation team handling a broad range of personal injury, travel and regulatory matters for insurers, cruise operators and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft agreements and defend a range of claims, including personal injury, travel and industrial disease.
• Work with a diverse client base including ship and yacht owners, operators and insurers, ports, hotel owners and insurers, and cruise lines.
• Manage own caseload and collaborate with senior colleagues on complex disputes.

Candidate

Qualified solicitors (NQ – 2 years PQE) with a law degree or equivalent and at least one seat in personal injury and/or industrial disease during their training contract.

• Confidently handle own caseload.
• Adopt a pragmatic approach to legal and commercial problem‑solving.
• Show aptitude for developing new business.
