Full‑time role in Cornwall. Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of claimant personal injury matters, including complex and high‑value cases involving serious injuries. You will take ownership of your own workload, working alongside a supportive team to deliver strong legal advice.
Applicants should have at least two years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) and be comfortable handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse range of claimant personal injury matters, including complex and high‑value cases involving serious injuries.
- Work alongside an experienced and supportive team, building on your expertise while making a real difference to the lives of injured clients.
- Take responsibility for your own caseload, providing clear, practical advice and guiding clients through the claims process with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage claimant personal injury claims from initial enquiry through to settlement or trial.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2years PQE as a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- Confidence to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Effective communicator with a compassionate and client‑focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also independently.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality legal services and achieving positive client outcomes.
