Pet Care Client Experience Specialist

Vets4Pets Livingston is looking for a friendly Client Care Advisor to welcome clients and their pets, coordinate bookings and handle payments with care. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and includes weekend work on a 1 in 4 rota. You will support the clinical team and help maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, calm under pressure, and enthusiastic about pets. A strong team player with good computer literacy will thrive here.
