As Pharmacy Manager you will: Lead, motivate and develop the pharmacy team, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement. Provide expert advice and support to consultants, clinicians and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines. Ensure the safe management of medicines across the hospital, maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation, professional standards and governance requirements. Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Drive service development initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance clinical quality, efficiency and patient outcomes. Provide visible clinical leadership and contribute to the wider success of the hospital.About us

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospital pharmacist to lead and develop our pharmacy service within one of the region's leading private hospitals. We are also keen to hear from ambitious Senior Clinical Pharmacists who are ready to take the next step into a management role and further develop their leadership career. As Pharmacy Manager, you will provide both clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the safe, effective and compliant management of medicines across the hospital. Working closely with consultants, multidisciplinary teams and senior hospital leaders, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care while supporting the continued development of the pharmacy service. - We're looking for a clinically credible pharmacist with strong hospital pharmacy experience and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will be able to demonstrate:
- Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- A Pharmacy degree (MPharm, BSc or equivalent).
- Significant experience working within a hospital pharmacy environment.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience supporting complex patient pathways.
- Experience building effective working relationships with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Previous leadership, supervisory or team development experience.
- The ability to influence clinical practice and promote evidence-based decision making.
- A commitment to service improvement, patient safety and clinical excellence.
- Most importantly, you'll be a collaborative leader who is passionate about developing people, improving services and delivering the highest standards of patient care.
