Picker/ Packer / Temp to Perm / £12.71 / Hethel, own transport required / Monday to Friday / 7am to 4pm/ Temp to Perm    We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a full‑time Warehouse Operative / picker - packer based in Hethel. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Role Details: Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 Location: Hethel (own transport essential due to location, no local public transport available) Breaks: 2 × 30‑minute breaks Performance Targets & Bonus Structure: Picking: Daily target: 262 kg Bonus: £25/day for achieving 362 kg/day Packing: Daily target: 300 orders Bonus: £25/day for achieving 380 orders/day What We're Looking For: Reliable and punctual individuals Ability to work to daily performance targets Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks Must have own transport due to location Contact Zuzanna on (phone number removed) or (url removed) to apply
