Picker - warehouse Operative Speke

Do you live near Speke L24? Are you able to do 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm Monday Friday Weekend Work 9am - 5pm? Want at least 1 shift a week - Maximum 5? Have you delivered a picking role previously ? We are looking a small team to support us at our Vitamins and shakes distribution in Speke. The role is for an experiences picker who is familiar with picking at a rate of 180 an hour or can evidence a high level of productivity. You will understand and be able to demonstrate a high level of accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. The role is in 2 parts - picking is the one that delivers 180 per hour and packing 160 You'll be working with a highly motivated and efficient picking team, working with friendly and nurturing managers but be able to use your initiative - lock in and deliver the on-site targets and expectations The Role *Pick items from shelves or storage areas using handheld scanners or pick lists into small baskets * Pack products securely and efficiently into boxes or containers * Label and seal packages for shipment * Efficiently pass baskets to packer on machines * Packing products per customer order * Always follow health and safety procedures * Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts as needed Is this you? * Previous warehouse or packing experience (preferred but not essential) * Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment * Good attention to detail * Basic numeracy and literacy skills * Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and standing for long periods Qualifications: * Needs experience What we need from you? * Reliable and punctual * Team player with a positive attitude * Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks * Safety-conscious and responsible BENEFITS * £12.71 per hour * 1 day - 5 days a week - this depends on your productivity Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
