Job Description:Job Title: Picker & Packer – Light Products (No Heavy Lifting)Location: Brackmills, NorthamptonPay Rate: £12.98 per hourShifts Available:Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 Late Shift: 14:00 – 22:00Schedule: ANY 5 days out of 7Start Date: Immediate start availableAbout the Role We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our friendly warehouse team in Brackmills. This is a light picking and packing role – no heavy lifting required! You’ll be working in a clean, organised environment preparing products for dispatch.Your Duties Will Include:

• Picking and packing light products accurately
• Labelling and preparing items for shipment
• Maintaining a tidy work area
• Following health and safety procedures
