Piping Superintendent

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise piping installation, fabrication, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Manage piping supervisors, foremen, welders, pipefitters, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and nuclear quality requirements.
• Coordinate piping activities with engineering, QA/QC, welding, E&I, civil, and commissioning teams.
• Check pipe supports, valves, fittings, equipment connections, and installation alignment.
• Ensure welding and NDT activities are completed according to approved procedures.
• Monitor daily progress and manpower and ensure work meets the project schedule.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE and nuclear safety requirements.
• Resolve site technical issues and coordinate with engineering when required.
• Review and maintain inspection records, test packs, punch lists, and as-built documentation. xwzovoh
• Ensure hydrotesting, flushing, pressure testing, and reinstatement are properly completed.
