About the Role

We are currently seeking an organised and customer-focused Repairs Planner to join a busy maintenance and repairs team based in Chessington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and scheduling skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating repair appointments, managing engineers' diaries and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with customers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance appointments.
• Managing operatives' and contractors' diaries to maximise productivity.
• Receiving and handling incoming repair requests via telephone and email.
• Liaising with tenants, residents, contractors and internal teams regarding repair updates.
• Raising and processing works orders accurately on internal systems.
• Monitoring the progress of repairs and ensuring appointments are completed within agreed timescales.
• Updating records and maintaining accurate data entry.
