While this is a post in which we expect the successful candidate to be based in our Edinburgh office, hybrid working arrangements will be considered.About YouThe successful candidate will be required to manage their own projects, manage planning applications and appeals, prepare planning appraisals and development plan submissions, carry out research, and generally play an active role in all of the planning consultancy aspects of our business.The applicant must possess a driving license and have access to a car to allow them to carry out their duties in the position.Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint• Excellent planning and organisational skills• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet strict deadlinesWe will offer the successful candidate an attractive salary and benefits package, and the opportunity to join an established and highly respected consultancy continuing to grow its portfolio across the UK and Ireland.Permanent
