Planning Administrator will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working.
The salary for this role is up to £25k, depending on experience.
Whatyoullbedoing Provide administrative support to the Production Fulfilment Planning team, ensuring planning activities are executed efficiently and accurately
Process and load customer sales orders into the ERP system, ensuring all order information, configurations, delivery dates, and customer requirements are accurately entered and validated
Maintain accurate production planning data within ERP and associated business systems, supporting schedule integrity and effective decision-making
Create, update, and manage planned orders, production reports, and planning documentation in line with established procedures
Monitor and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and item master data, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
Support material and production planning activities by generating reports, tracking shortages, and highlighting potential issues to planners
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Stores, and Kitting teams to ensure planning information is communicated effectively and actions are completed on time
Assist with demand loading, order release activities, and transaction processing to support On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance
Produce regular planning, capacity, and inventory reports, providing timely and accurate information to support operational reviews
Ensure all planning-related records, documentation, and system transactions comply with company processes, quality standards, and audit requirements

Theskills you need Experience using an ERP/MRP system in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Understanding of data entry, document control, and administrative processes
