About you
- Hold an RTPI accredited planning qualification or an equivalent recognised by a professional body such as IPI or RICS (P&D)
- Demonstrate relevant experience in planning or regeneration environments
- Possess a full UK driving licence or access to suitable transportation
- Capable of providing strategic planning advice and conducting land asset evaluations
What you’ll do
- Support Social Housing Development Programmes by identifying and supporting schemes in areas of housing need
- Engage in land asset activities, including evaluation, estate studies, and planning applications
- Contribute to housing-led regeneration and support delivery of mixed-use, mixed-tenure neighbourhoods
- Conduct site identification and feasibility studies focusing on high demand and rural areas
- Provide town planning advice and prepare housing market analyses and need statements
