About you

  • Hold an RTPI accredited planning qualification or an equivalent recognised by a professional body such as IPI or RICS (P&D)
  • Demonstrate relevant experience in planning or regeneration environments
  • Possess a full UK driving licence or access to suitable transportation
  • Capable of providing strategic planning advice and conducting land asset evaluations

What you’ll do

  • Support Social Housing Development Programmes by identifying and supporting schemes in areas of housing need
  • Engage in land asset activities, including evaluation, estate studies, and planning applications
  • Contribute to housing-led regeneration and support delivery of mixed-use, mixed-tenure neighbourhoods
  • Conduct site identification and feasibility studies focusing on high demand and rural areas
  • Provide town planning advice and prepare housing market analyses and need statements
