This team adviseon excellent quality work relating to infrastructure and regeneration schemes, major residential and commercial developments, and a broad range of high-value planning work for both public and private sector clients
What will you do?
- Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278)
- Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy and development risk
- Provide support on nationalinfrastructure projects and development consent orders
- Work closely withthe real estate teamon development projects
What will you need?
- Experience in planning law is essential
- Ideally at least 2 years PQE, but flexibility on this
