Heavy Plant Fitter – Full Time Position Location: Devizes Salary: £37,000 – £45,000 OTE (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday – Day Shifts (40 hours per week) Overtime: Paid at Time & ½ We are currently recruiting for an experienced Heavy Plant Fitter to join a growing environmental business that is expanding due to continued success. The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, inspection, and repair of a range of heavy plant machinery, ensuring equipment is kept safe, reliable, and operational. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy plant equipment * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults * Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance * Attend breakdowns and carry out repairs efficiently * Maintain accurate service records and paperwork * Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard Requirements: * Previous experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter or similar role * Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy plant machinery * Ability to fault find and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems * Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance * Full UK driving licence preferred What We Offer: * Competitive salary of £37,000 – £45,000 OTE (depending on experience) * Monday to Friday day shifts – 40 hours per week * Overtime opportunities paid at time and a half * Stable, long-term employment with a growing company * Excellent opportunity to develop your skills and increase earnings If you are an experienced Heavy Plant Fitter looking for a new opportunity with great earning potential and a consistent Monday–Friday working pattern, we would like to hear from you
