Plant Turnaround Leader - Improve Reliability & Safety

Escape Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to turnaround a complex industrial site near Livingston. You will lead the existing management team to drive reliability, maintenance, asset care and operational standards.

Candidates from power generation, chemicals, pharmaceuticals or other continuous-process industries will be considered. Strong leadership and a proven track record turning around challenging operations are essential; this is a permanent, site-based role.
