Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Plasterer with strong multi‑trade capabilities to join their property maintenance team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a trades professional who takes pride in delivering high‑quality plastering work while supporting a range of additional repairs across social housing properties. A company van and fuel card are provided as part of the role. About the Role As a Multi‑Trade Plasterer, you will carry out a wide variety of plastering repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works in both occupied (tenanted) homes and void properties. You will work independently, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, professionally, and to a consistently high standard. Key ResponsibilitiesPlastering (Primary Skill) * Complete all aspects of plastering including skimming, bonding, patch repairs, boarding, rendering and finishing. * Prepare surfaces correctly and select appropriate materials and methods. * Make good after electrical or plumbing works. * Deliver high‑quality finishes with a focus on first‑time resolution. Skills, Experience & QualificationsEssential * Proven experience as a plasterer in domestic or social housing settings. * Strong skills in skimming, patching and boarding. * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Full UK driving licence. * Awareness of safeguarding and working with vulnerable residents. Desirable * NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering or other trades. * Experience working for a housing association, council or maintenance contractor. * Multi‑trade skills including tiling, plumbing, carpentry and minor decorating. * Asbestos Awareness (UKATA). * CSCS card
