Offshore PC/Permit to Work Representative – UK-Based

I'm supporting a leading client on the search for an experienced Offshore PC/Permit to Work Representative to join a major offshore transmission project. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of critical HVDC offshore infrastructure, working closely with engineering teams, EPC contractors and key project stakeholders.
Location: UK-based candidates only
Contract: Inside IR35
We're looking for professionals with:
- Proven experience delivering Offshore Permit Coordination on large scale projects.
- Strong background xwzovoh in offshore transmission or offshore wind
- Strong CDM regulations and HSE understanding
- Experience managing EPC contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong stakeholder, commercial and risk management skills
