Plumber Multi Bournemouth / Christchurch / Poole £34,345 - £37,238 per annum + Overtime & Call-Out Opportunities Are you an experienced Plumber Multi looking for a secure, permanent role with excellent benefits, a company van, and opportunities to boost your earnings through overtime and call-out work? A leading housing provider is seeking a skilled Plumber Multi to join its Responsive Repairs Team covering the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area. Working across occupied residential properties, you'll carry out a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations while delivering excellent customer service to residents. Key responsibilities include: Plumbing repairs and maintenance Installation and replacement of sanitary ware, baths, shower trays and level-deck showers Kitchen sink installations Pipework installation including copper, push-fit, waste and rainwater systems Repair and replacement of taps, valves and associated fittings Water supply, drainage and heating system pipework repairs Installation and repair of domestic appliances including showers and washing machines Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal Basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating and general maintenance tasks as required To be successful, you'll need: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent), or at least 5 years' relevant plumbing experience Experience working in occupied properties Strong customer service skills A good understanding of health and safety best practice Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confidence using mobile technology such as tablets or PDAs Full UK driving licence with at least 1 year's driving experienceDesirable: Unvented hot water qualification CSCS cardBenefits Company van and fuel card for business use Tool allowance Uniform and PPE provided 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service Option to buy or sell annual leave Additional wellbeing and volunteering days Enhanced family-friendly policies Generous pension contribution scheme Life assurance Company iPhone and iPad Employee benefits and retail purchase schemes Overtime and call-out opportunities to increase earnings If you're a qualified plumber looking for a rewarding role with a well-established organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
