This Plumber role offers consistent work carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs across domestic properties in Solihull.
You’ll be working for a major housing association in the Solihull area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. You’ll be carrying out essential repairs for residents while receiving stability and consistent work in your role as a Plumber.
I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, Plumbing Engineer or in a similar property maintenance role.
As a Plumber you will be:
Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance
Completing day-to-day repairs across social housing properties
Diagnosing plumbing faults and completing appropriate repairs
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a good standard
Travelling between properties throughout the working dayI’d love to speak to anyone who has:
Previous plumbing and maintenance experience
Experience carrying out reactive or day-to-day repairs
Experience working within social housing or domestic properties
A full UK driving licence
