Plumber

Good Morning, I am currently representing West London NHS St Bernards Hospital , who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Plumber this role will be: Southall UB1 3HW The right candidate will: * Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine. * Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services. * Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently. * Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations * strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations We require the following: * minimum NVQ Level 3 in plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical services * specialised in a mechanical service (i.e. Gas, refrigeration, heat pumps) * Water safety Training To discuss this opportunity further please send over an up-to-date CV and give me a call on (phone number removed) If you know someone who would be a good fit for the role, please send over their contact details and get in touch, as we do offer a generous referral fee.
