Maintenance Plumber Location: Covering London and surrounding areas Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 DOE + Benefits Hours: Monday-Friday - 40 hours a week Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Join a growing business with a strong pipeline of ongoing social housing work across London and the surrounding areas. We’re looking for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber to join the team, offering overtime opportunities with a company van and fuel card, and genuine long-term career opportunities. If you’re an experienced plumber who enjoys solving problems, working independently and providing a great service to customers, this could be the next step for you What You'll Be Doing * Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance across domestic properties * Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults, including leaks and toilet repairs * Installing vented and unvented hot water cylinders * Replacing electric showers, shower pumps and waste pumps * Carrying out minor electrical works where qualified What We're Looking For * NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or above) * Full UK Driving Licence * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Experience in domestic plumbing and minor electrical works * CSCS Card – preferred * Part P electrical installation qualification – preferred * Social housing experience – desirable but not essential * Experience working within occupied properties What You'll Get * Ongoing and consistent work * Company vehicle and fuel card provided * 28 days' holiday including Bank Holidays * Bonus scheme * Join a growing and established business If you're looking for more than just another engineering job and want long-term stability, consistent work and a clear route to career progression, this could be the opportunity for you.
