Plumber

Your new company We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to work on a large student accommodation development in Lancaster. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy site and secure ongoing work with a well-established contractor.

Your new role Completing all aspects of 1st fix plumbing installations Installing pipework, drainage systems and brackets Completing 2nd fix plumbing works, including sanitaryware and final connections Fitting sinks, toilets, showers and associated plumbing systems Testing and commissioning plumbing installations Working from drawings and site specifications Ensuring all work complies with current health and safety regulations Liaising with site management and other trades to ensure project deadlines are met What you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent) Valid CSCS/JIB Skills Card preferred Proven experience completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing on commercial or residential new-build projects Own tools and PPE What you'll get in return ?
