The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of plumbing works including installations, repairs, fault-finding, and maintenance across domestic and/or commercial properties. You must be customer-focused, technically competent, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. A professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality are essential. Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair plumbing faults and leaks * Install, maintain, and test heating systems, pipework, and water appliances * Carry out first and second-fix plumbing works on new installations or refurbishments * Install and repair toilets, sinks, taps, showers, cylinders, radiators, and waste systems * Carry out unvented hot water cylinder work (if qualified) * Conduct basic drainage inspections and unblocking (if required) * Complete all work to relevant standards and regulations (e.g., Water Regulations, Building Regulations) * Keep accurate records of jobs, materials used, and time on-site * Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy * Liaise with clients and off...
