Plumber Multi

We are currently recruiting for experienced Plumber Multis to work on ongoing social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects for an established maintenance contractor. The role will be mainly plumbing focused, with some multi-trade work involved. Ongoing work is available for reliable workers. Duties Bathroom installations and refurbishments Fitting and replacing sanitaryware Radiator drops and re-hanging Carrying out general plumbing installations and repairs Completing minor multi-trade works where required Working to set specifications and maintaining a high standard of finish Working independently across multiple properties Requirements Proven experience as a Plumber Multi Strong plumbing background Own tools required Own transport essential to start Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Social housing, voids or refurbishment experience preferred Asbestos Awareness required - internal training can be provided if needed Details Up to £200 per day Self-employed basis Ongoing work available Government minimum mileage contribution Van and fuel card may be provided following a performance review Please apply or if you would like to find out further information please call Maddison Reilly on (phone number removed) Fortus Recruitment Group Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
