Role: Plumber Location: Hastings Salary: £38,000 Company Van & Fuel Card Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties across Hastings. This is a varied role offering a mix of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and multi-trade works within tenanted and void properties. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship. This role covers multiple locations across Hastings, St Leonards and Rye, so candidates must be comfortable with daily travel. Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs within social housing properties. Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults efficiently and effectively. Complete a range of associated multi-trade works including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and decorating. Requirements NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential). Proven experience working as a Plumber Multi Trader within repairs and maintenance. Full UK Driving Licence (essential). Experience working within social housing is desirable.
