Plumber

We're looking for 2 x experienced Plumbers to join our Property Team on an full time permanent position in Newbury and Also in Basingstoke . You'll carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in our properties, ensuring high-quality work and great customer service. A company van and fuel card will be provided for business use. What We Offer: Benefits: £335 tool allowance, £450 flexible benefits, uniform & PPE, iPhone & iPad Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays (rising to 30) Pension: Matched up to 12% + Life Cover (4x salary) SmartTech Scheme: Buy tech and spread the cost through salary deductions Company Van & Fuel Card for business travelWhat You'll Do: Repair domestic plumbing installations Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, showers, and kitchen sinks Fit and repair pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater) Maintain and renew cold water storage tanks Install and fix domestic appliances like showers and washing machines Work on vented/unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative) Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenanceWhat You Need: Experience: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing OR 5+ years in the trade Skills: Strong customer service skills and ability to work in occupied properties Health & Safety: Knowledge of best practices Technology: Ability to use an iPad or PDA Licence: Full UK driving licence CSCS Card (Desirable)Full-time role (40 hours/week) with great benefits and career growth.
