Plumber | Portsmouth | £37,000 | Monday Friday | 8:00 16:00 We have a great opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a busy maintenance team based at a well-established retail and leisure complex in Portsmouth.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a straightforward Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends and no shift work.
The Role You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a large, busy commercial site keeping everything running smoothly day to day.
Key responsibilities include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across all plumbing systems Responding to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns Legionella monitoring and water temperature checks Identifying and repairing faults on hot and cold water systems Liaising with the wider facilities team and contractors on site What You'll Need Relevant plumbing qualification City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or 3 Proven experience in a commercial or FM maintenance environment xwzovoh Knowledge of L8 Legionella guidelines CSCS card preferred Reliable, organised and able to manage your own workload What's On Offer £37,000 per year Monday to Friday, 08:00 16:00 no weekends Permanent, stable employment Pension scheme 28 days holiday including bank holidays Supportive team environment
