We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a positive, customer-first attitude and who thrives on finding solutions, working independently and getting the job done right first time.The Role As a Multi Skilled Plumber, a typical day might include:

• Undertaking all types of plumbing repairs including taps, WCs and wastes, plus basic tiling, across Acis housing stock and other properties – covering emergency and scheduled responsive repairs as well as renovation works
• Arranging materials and plant, directly or under supervision, for an efficient and productive return on expenditure
• Ensuring the correct materials are available to complete work to the required standard
• Liaising with tenants and your line manager on the timing and progress of work
• Ensuring safe handling and storage of plant and equipment, including road-worthiness checks on your vehicle
• Carrying out work in line with current Approved Codes of Practice and Building Regulations, including localised risk assessments
