Maintenance Plumber Location: Central London Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team, working across a large, prestigious multi-building estate in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber with a strong background in building maintenance who enjoys a varied role within a busy facilities environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently. Maintain hot and cold water services, sanitaryware, pipework, valves, pumps, and associated plumbing systems. Undertake routine inspections and ensure plant and equipment are operating safely and effectively. Carry out minor mechanical maintenance where required. About You NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent recognised qualification). Previous experience in a building maintenance or facilities management environment. Strong knowledge of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. Experience working on commercial building services. Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
