About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial site in Brent. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on commercial plumbing and heating systems. Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, water temperatures etc. Support the team for testing fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems. Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building Monitor BMS Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: A practical level 3 equivalent or higher in a Mechanical Engineering related field
Mechanical, Heating, or Plumbing etc. Proven experience in a similar plumbing maintenance role. Knowledge of commercial building systems Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
