POD Administrator - 4 on/4 off, Logistics Office

Fowler Welch in Broxburn is hiring a POD Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. The role processes PODs from depots and subcontractors, scans paperwork, and makes PODs available to customers. Working hours are 7am–7pm on a 4 on 4 off rota.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, handle POD queries, maintain high accuracy, and use Excel/Word/Outlook to log and communicate information. Experience in logistics or FMCG is advantageous.
