Location: Earlsfield, South West London.
Salary: £46-52,000 pro rota depending on experience.
Hours: up to 37.5.
About the Role

Pure Podiatrists, in association with South West Podiatry, is seeking a talented clinician to join our growing team. You will deliver high‑quality podiatric care, working alongside a national network of podiatrists and within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of physiotherapists as part of Pure Physiotherapy.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative setting while developing your clinical expertise and contributing to a thriving independent practice.
About You
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in podiatry or a related clinical field (e.g. FHP, Sports Therapist)
- Demonstrates strong capability in managing both MSK and non‑MSK caseloads
- Is experienced in nail surgery and managing complex foot and lower limb conditions
- Has a keen interest in biomechanics and MSK podiatry
- Is committed to evidence‑based practice and continuous professional development
Full training provided in:
- Laser Therapy
- SWIFT treatment
- Shockwave therapy
- 2D gait analysis

Key Responsibilities
Clinical
- Manage a varied MSK and non‑MSK caseload
- Deliver advanced treatments including nail surgery, orthotics, and gait analysis
- Develop tailored, evidence‑based treatment plans
- Work collaboratively within the MDT
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with GDPR and regulations
- Participate in clinical governance, audits, and infection control practices
- Work towards KPIs while maintaining high standards of care
Non‑Clinical
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement
- Participate in team meetings, training, and reflective practice
- Support marketing, networking, and patient engagement
- Mentor and support students and new graduates
- Stay up to date with industry research and advancements
- Collaborate with admin teams to ensure seamless patient journeys
