Salary: £46,000 to £ 52,000 pro rota. Depending on experience

Pure Podiatrists, in association withSouth West Podiatry, is seeking a talented clinician to join our growing team. You will deliver high-quality podiatric care, working alongside a national network of podiatrists and within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of physiotherapists as part ofPure Physiotherapy.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative setting while developing your clinical expertise and contributing to a thriving independent practice.

About You

  • Hasa minimum of 5 years' experiencein podiatry or a related clinical field (e.g. FHP, Sports Therapist)
  • Demonstrates strong capability in managing bothMSK and non-MSK caseloads
  • Is experienced in nail surgeryand managing complex foot and lower limb conditions
  • Has a keen interest inbiomechanics and MSK podiatry
  • Is committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development

Full training provided in:

  • Laser Therapy
  • SWIFT treatment
  • Shockwave therapy
  • 2D gait analysis

Key Responsibilities

Clinical

  • Manage a variedMSK and non-MSK caseload
  • Deliver advanced treatments includingnail surgery, orthotics, and gait analysis
  • Develop tailored, evidence-basedtreatment plans
  • Work collaboratively within the MDT
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line withGDPR and regulations
  • Participate in clinical governance, audits, and infection control practices
  • Work towardsKPIswhile maintaining high standards of care

Non-Clinical

  • Contribute toservice development and quality improvement
  • Participate inteam meetings, training, and reflective practice
  • Supportmarketing, networking, and patient engagement
  • Mentor and supportstudents and new graduates
  • Stay up to date withindustry research and advancements
  • Collaborate with admin teams to ensure seamless patient journeys
