Salary: £46,000 to £ 52,000 pro rota. Depending on experience

Pure Podiatrists, in association withSouth West Podiatry, is seeking a talented clinician to join our growing team. You will deliver high-quality podiatric care, working alongside a national network of podiatrists and within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of physiotherapists as part ofPure Physiotherapy.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative setting while developing your clinical expertise and contributing to a thriving independent practice.
About You
- Hasa minimum of 5 years' experiencein podiatry or a related clinical field (e.g. FHP, Sports Therapist)
- Demonstrates strong capability in managing bothMSK and non-MSK caseloads
- Is experienced in nail surgeryand managing complex foot and lower limb conditions
- Has a keen interest inbiomechanics and MSK podiatry
- Is committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
Full training provided in:
- Laser Therapy
- SWIFT treatment
- Shockwave therapy
- 2D gait analysis

Key Responsibilities
Clinical
- Manage a variedMSK and non-MSK caseload
- Deliver advanced treatments includingnail surgery, orthotics, and gait analysis
- Develop tailored, evidence-basedtreatment plans
- Work collaboratively within the MDT
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line withGDPR and regulations
- Participate in clinical governance, audits, and infection control practices
- Work towardsKPIswhile maintaining high standards of care
Non-Clinical
- Contribute toservice development and quality improvement
- Participate inteam meetings, training, and reflective practice
- Supportmarketing, networking, and patient engagement
- Mentor and supportstudents and new graduates
- Stay up to date withindustry research and advancements
- Collaborate with admin teams to ensure seamless patient journeys
