Job Description Lead Podiatrist - Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire
Are you an experienced HCPC-registered podiatrist looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded private podiatry clinic in Henley-on-Thames as a Lead Podiatrist, working within an existing patient base while helping to shape the next phase of the clinic's growth.
We are seeking a confident and experienced podiatrist who enjoys managing more complex cases, mentoring colleagues, and delivering exceptional patient care. This is an established clinic with a strong reputation, offering the opportunity to build upon an already successful service.
Competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience
£2,000 relocation package
£500 annual treatment allowance

Opportunity to play a key role within an established and expanding private practice Key Responsibilities:
~ Providing clinical leadership and support to fellow podiatrists, Foot Health Practitioners and assistants
Supporting the development of clinical standards, policies and procedures
Delivering high-quality patient care within a busy clinic environment
Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
Contributing to service development and future growth of the clinic
Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term patient relationships Required Qualifications & Skills:
~ HCPC-registered Podiatrist
BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent qualification xkybehq
Previous post-graduate experience within NHS and/or private practice settings
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
