Policy Lead, Family Health & General Practice Innovation

Scottish Government in Edinburgh is seeking a B3 to join the General Practice Healthcare Inequalities Team on a fixed-term basis (18 months) to lead the expansion of the WFSGP project, as part of the Tackling Child Poverty Delivery Plan. The WFSGP approach has been piloted in twelve Glasgow general practices with high family poverty.

This role will double the number of WFSGP practices in Glasgow in 2026/27 and expand WFSGP to other areas of Scotland from 2027/28.
