Poling Field Supervisor: Safety & Delivery Lead

MJ Quinn is seeking a Poling Supervisor in West Wales to support poling and overhead field delivery teams, ensuring safety, compliance and quality through audits and inspections. You will liaise with clients and the public, supervise infield project delivery, and uphold a professional image for the department.

The role reports to the Area Manager and requires a UK driving licence, availability for an on-call rota, and strong communication and safety focus within Openreach service regions.
