Postdoctoral Research Assistant

Responsibilities

• Understand the role of autophagy and lysosomal degradation in aging and aging-related diseases.
• Investigate key events during autophagy initiation, progression, and lysosomal degradation.
• Uncover molecular events underlying lysosomal degradation of autophagic cargo using a combination of cell biology and biochemical techniques.

Qualifications

• Completed a PhD degree (or anticipate to obtain one in the near future).
• Good publication record.
• Experience in basic molecular techniques.
• Excellent technical skills.
• Ability to design, execute and interpret experiments.
