The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, coating and finishing a range of metal components to the highest standards within a dedicated offline powder coating facility. Key Responsibilities Prepare metal components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking and hanging parts. Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment. Operate curing ovens and monitor curing cycles to achieve the correct finish. Inspect finished products for quality, coverage and defects. Carry out colour changes and clean powder coating equipment as required. Maintain powder coating booths, ovens and associated equipment. Package finished products ready for dispatch. Work to production schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures. Support other production activities where required.
