Power Platform Service Delivery Manager

Nine Twenty in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own the day-to-day running of service delivery across a growing client portfolio within a Managed Service Provider environment.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage SLAs, drive service improvements, chair service reviews, handle escalations and coordinate with technical teams. You’ll identify opportunities to harness the Power Platform to enhance support as the client base expands.
