ROLE : PPD Print Production / MFD Photocopier FSE

LOCATION : Newport - 4 week shift cycle - OTE up to £50,000

We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide high-quality technical support across a range of Production Print products. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, minimising downtime, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional experience . We are open to those from Photocopier / MFD backgrounds too that would be open to upskilling

The Role

• Delivering technical service, maintenance, and repair across Production Print equipment
• Carrying out installations and de-installations, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently
• Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring a positive service experience
• Escalating technical issues promptly
• Identifying opportunities for additional services or revenue while on customer sites
• Building strong customer relationships
• Managing and maintaining vehicle stock

The Candidate

• Strong technical knowledge of Production Print and/or MFD devices
• Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Confident using diagnostic tools and reading complex technical instructions
• IT literacy and basic networking capabilities
• Strong communication skills

Shift Patterns

• Week 1 - Early Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Week 2 - Evening Shift: 4:30pm - 12:00am or 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Week 3 - Day shift: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Week 3 - Night Shift: 12:00am - 8:30am

No shifts or weekends apply until full training is completed and the engineer is fully up to speed.
