NHS Highland urgently requires a Practice Manager to support the day-to-day running of Alness & Invergordon Medical Practice, one of the largest GP practices in the Highlands. Working closely with the Senior Practice Manager, the postholder will play a key role in maintaining oversight of daily operations, supporting staff management and improving patient access. Primary Care or NHS operational experience are essential.

  • Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
