Youll be joining us at our Cowick Street practice in Exeter on a 12 month Maternity cover.

Central location with a well established team
4 surgery practice equipped with the latest equipment

Your future, your benefits
Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
Holidays starting at 25 days, rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays)

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, youll be:
Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
You will enjoy being part of a team thats passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile. xwzovoh
Skills and Experience -
Retail or Healthcare Management experience would work well in this role
A clinical background or knowledge would be beneficial
Good Team Management and customer/patient focused
