Pre-Employment Support & Triage Officer

Essential Employment is recruiting a Triage Officer for a temporary position in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The role involves acting as the first point of contact by telephone and email, and supporting the Work and Skills delivery team with pre-employment activities.

You will provide administrative support, monitor and update client records, and prepare performance reports to ensure accuracy and audit compliance. All pre-employment checks may be required.
