Triangle Recruitment is looking to recruiting a Production Operatives to work for a leading UK-based manufacturer of concrete fencing products in the
Bedfrod. We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Production Operative to join our concrete manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working within a busy production environment, supporting the manufacture of high-quality concrete products while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping.Working hours are : Monday to Friday 6:00 till 15:30.No public transport to get to site . Key Responsibilities Operating and supporting concrete production machinery and equipment Assisting with the mixing, casting, curing, and finishing of concrete products Carrying out manual handling tasks in line with safe systems of work Conducting basic quality checks to ensure products meet specification Keeping work areas clean, safe, and well organised (5S / housekeeping) Following all Health & Safety procedures and site rules at all times Working effectively as part of a production team to meet daily output targets What Were Looking For Ideally previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or construction or similar environment (concrete experience desirable but not essential) Strong awareness of health and safety in an industrial setting A good level of physical fitness and ability to carry out manual tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts as required Willingness to learn and follow instructions accurately What We Offer Competitive hourly rate with overtime opportunities - Starting at £13.45 Quarterly bonus (based on factory performance) Full training and ongoing support PPE provided Opportunity for temp-to-perm employment for the right candidate Stable work within an established manufacturing business
