National Contractor seeking further Preconstruction support with the addition of a mechanical or electrical (Building Services Engineering /M&E) Preconstruction Manager to their SW team. The Opportunity * We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join a leading Building Services Engineering business operating across South Wales and Bristol / hybrid. * This is a key role within the regional preconstruction team, responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the successful delivery of high-quality mechanical and electrical (M&E) tenders and proposals. * Working closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, estimating teams, and technical specialists, you will help secure profitable projects across a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, defence, industrial, infrastructure, and public sector developments. * The successful candidate will combine strong commercial awareness with a sound understanding of building services engineering and the preconstruction process.
