Machine Operative Location: Tamworth Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour We're currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a full-time role with consistent hours and an early finish every Friday. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm Pay: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently Loading and unloading materials Monitoring production processes Carrying out quality checks Maintaining a clean and organised work area Following all health and safety procedures What We're Looking For: Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential Good attention to detail Reliable with a positive attitude Able to work well as part of a team Willingness to learn and develop What's on Offer: Full-time, ongoing work Weekly pay Early finish every Friday Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate If you're looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
