Supreme Recruitment are recruiting for a well-established manufacturer of electrical conductors and connectors based in Sutton Coldfield. We are recruiting for a Press Setter to set power and progression presses Your duties may include: * Setting power and progression presses up to 250t to manufacture electrical connectors * Working to Health & Safety regulations * Working to Quality guidelines * Inspection of own work - first offs and incycle * Reporting faults to the relevant teams Pay: £16.00 including shift allowance rising to £17 on completion of probation plus 3% bonus at Christmas Hours: 6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm rotating What are we looking for? * Minimum 2 years experience setting on presses from 20-250t * Experience using measuring equipment * Be computer literate * Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach * Ability to work as part of a team * Have a positive, can-do attitude Company Benefits * Permanent job security * 38 hour working week * 33 days holiday including statatory holidays * 3% Christmas Bonus * Company pension - 5% matched * Free on-site parking * State-of-the-art machinery * Full training provided * Sick scheme up to 60 days * Excellent overtime opportunities * Clean, forward thinking working environment
