Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop the team of analysts Liaise with key stakeholders around the business to improve the service provided by the team Develop high quality and accurate KPIs around the pricing performance Produce regular reports for internal customers, including the senior leadership team Take ownership for the continued improvement in service, reports and analytics provided to the network Develop ideas and implement improvements to current processes Ensure the accuracy, transparency and integrity of the department is upheld Key Skills Educated to degree level or equivalent in approriate subject(e.g. maths, statistics, economics) Experience working within a pricing function History of managing and leading a team Confidence in liaising with senior management Excellent attention to detail Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages Confident in generating and putting forward ideas and solutions.
